Copper pot and column distilled, this vodka is carefully handcrafted from non-GMO wheat sourced from the Pacific Northwest and carbon filtered post distillation. Fermented and proofed with sparkling Cascade mountain water from the McKenzie River watershed.

Nose: Light astringency with a clean, refreshing finish.

Palate: Bright and clean with a slight creaminess and rich viscosity. Delicate minerality carried throughout with a pleasant, lengthy finish.
