LImited Release Bourbon Whiskey

Scratch-made Bourbon aged in American white oak barrels; 53% ABV (106 proof)
Mash/Grain Bill: 75% Corn, 12.5% Wheat, 12.5% Rye

An eagerly awaited release, our third batch of scratch-made Bourbon is now available! This wheated Bourbon was distilled from corn, wheat, and rye and barreled in white oak barrels in December of 2018.

Nose: Sweet, oak, maple syrup, burnt honey, hint of marzipan and tangerine peels.

Palate: Full body mix of caramel and vanilla, toasted oak, and candied orange. A drop of water opens the bourbon up and releases hints of citrus. 

Finish: Caramel popcorn, lingering charred oak, and herbaceous notes on the end.
